Great location, only a 3 minute walk to the train station which was perfect after a long travel journey, and only 15 mins to all the main attractions. Heaps of cafes, restaurants and shops all around to visit while on your way to the main centre. Staff were very friendly, room was better than expected - a vintage decorated room that is newly renovated. The other reviews made it seem like it was run down but it is very nice. Very clean and everything you need including air conditioning and waterfall shower head. We didn’t end up going to breakfast even though we paid for it in our booking, was disappointing. Very small selection and Venice is filled with local cafes and restaurants everywhere that were much better (lots of cafes around the hotel that we went to instead). Everything else was amazing. Will definitely be staying again! (24 year old couple)

location is very good imo, close to the train station (5 minute walk) and the stations of the vaporettos. we arrived at dark and had a lil trouble finding the right alleyway were the hotel is. when you exit the train station go to the left, after the deSPAR supermarket the first alley left (it's a really small alley don't miss it!) apprx 100m up this small alley until you see the big letters "ALBERGO S. LUCIA" next house after them on the right side is the hotel breakfast was good, also croissants, scrambled eggs and sausages were available. friendly staff at the breakfast area. room and bathroom everything ok would come back

Hotel is very close to the bus station at Piazzale Roma where we get off from the airport (few minutes walk). Room was small but clean and we used it only for sleeping because we stayed the whole day in the city. Breakfast was ok and there is plenty of food to buy while you walk in the centre. You can easily walk everywhere from the hotel (it took us 40 minutes to St. Mark's Square), but we also recommend buying 24 hour ticket (25 Eur) to water bus. It is much nicer to see the city from these boats, especially the Grand Canal, and you can even visit Murano, Cimitero di San Michele, etc.

Our room was great… It was a little small, but had a beautiful terrace! Some times during our stay. It was lively with dogs and birds, but when we went to sleep, it was quiet as a mouse… We were offered breakfast for free with our room and that was a great way to start our day. Central location. Easy to get everywhere we needed… Would highly recommend especially if you can get the terrace I spent a lot of time out there, reading, having coffee or a cocktail it in the evening 🥰 Grazie’

I love the room, the garden, the dining room for breakfast, the breakfast, the staff, the location. It is only a 25-30 min walk to St. Marco Square and 5 min from st. Lucia Station (Venice train station not like other cities, is beautiful in a beautiful spot) and I love that we are central but not overly touristy. neighborhood feels real. We are close to what was the Jewish Ghetto; overall interesting area! And this hotel is such an amazing value for the money. Perfect! Staff awesome!
